Banana chiffon, vanilla pudding, fresh banana and vanilla crumble covered in brown butter custard buttercream 

CITRUS CASSATA
Fluffy citrus and olive oil sponge cake filled with candied citrus studded whipped ricotta. Covered in citrus buttercream studded with more candied citrus.

TIRAMISU
Fluffy sponge soaked in espresso marsala syrup filled with mascarpone mousse and covered in lightly torched coffee italian meringue.

LEMON POPPYSEED
Lemon and poppy seed fluffy sponge cake lightly soaked with lemon syrup, lemon curd, creme fraiche cream covered in toasted italian meringue.

PEAR, EARL GREY, PECAN PRALINE, COFFEE
Fluffy earl grey sponge soaked with earl grey syrup, filled with pecan praline mousseline cream, poached pears and pecan praline. Covered in pecan praline and coffee buttercream.

*If you would like a particular style from one of the pictures on the website or would like to add some small flowers/petals then please let me know in your order.

*Cakes can be picked up from  Grey Lynn or within 15 minute radius of Grey Lynn for no charge. 

*At this stage I cannot cater to dietary requirements. Some cakes do contain gelatine, if this is an issue let me know and I can adjust the cake.
